  • CompTIA A+ I (TMA1)

    Get introduced to managing and maintaining computer hardware and software with CompTIA A+ I. Learn about motherboards, processors, memory upgrades, network infrastructure, and essential troubleshooting techniques. This foundational knowledge will equip you to provide IT support, perform hardware and software maintenance, and address common network issues effectively.

  • CompTIA A+ II (TMA2)

    In CompTIA A+ II, you will build on foundational IT knowledge from the previous course. This course introduces you to the hardware components that make up the typical personal computer (PC) as well as networking devices, notebook computers, and printers.

    You will gain hands-on experience with computer operating systems with an emphasis on Microsoft Windows 10 and MAC OS: server installation, network configuration, network troubleshooting, optimization, maintenance, and customer service.
