Student Experiences

My time at Sundance College was nothing but rewarding. The staff were absolutely amazing, they were helpful, and guided us in our journey. The courses were great, very informative, and I learned a lot from the program. When I finished the technical portion of college, I did a 7-week practicum at a treatment center in Regina Saskatchewan, and as soon as I submitted my evaluation I was hired on as a full-time employee at our newest treatment center in Saskatchewan out in Lumsden. It wasn’t easy, but worth every little bit. 

My experience at Sundance College has been valuable! The instructors were amazing – knowledgeable, supportive, and truly dedicated to our success. The flexibility to go at my own pace and watch recorded lectures at my convenience was invaluable, allowing me to effectively balance my studies with other commitments. Overall, Sundance College exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a high-quality, flexible education with excellent instructors and course materials. Thank you, Sundance College, for an incredible learning experience! 

As a graduate and returning student I am very happy to be a part of the Sundance Alumni. Sundance College boasts a very welcoming and kind staff. Any issues I had were always resolved efficiently, and all staff have always been extremely caring and helpful of my needs and requests as a student. The ACHP program helped me secure my dream job in Mental Health and Addictions. My instructors’ passion and student-focused approach were invaluable. 

The Digital Marketing and Social Media Management course exceeded my expectations and helped me enter the job market professionally. 

The General Business Management course prepared me for a variety of fields. I now work as a maintenance coordinator and plant purchaser. 

With excellent instructors, I understood the material and received great guidance. 

The flexible schedule and supportive instructors made studying at Sundance College stress-free and successful. 

Being out of school for nearly twenty years had me doubting myself the first few weeks of classes. But my instructor is like having a cheerleader by your side. The amount of energy and effort he puts forth in presenting material, being interactive with his students and helping students succeed is unmatchable. I look forward to the daily live video classes-as I figured out very quickly I can’t learn completely self-directed. There’s always one teacher that leaves an impact and so far this instructor has made my college experience. 

Returning to school at Sundance was the best choice ever. I am now a residential support worker and a community support worker. 

Glad I took the leap and finally committed to my post-secondary education especially choosing Sundance college!
